• Tourism Partners: When you make an enquiry, your contact details and enquiry information are shared with the relevant Fiji tourism operator (e.g. resort, tour company, transfer provider) so they can respond to you.
• Service Providers: We use Anthropic (AI), Cloudflare (infrastructure), and SendGrid (email) to operate our platform. These providers process data on our behalf under strict data protection agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. WhatsApp Messaging

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are processed through the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. Conversations are handled by our AI concierge and may be reviewed by our team. Meta's own privacy policy applies to the WhatsApp platform itself.

We retain conversation and enquiry data for up to 12 months to provide continuity of service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
